LANDLORD FEES

FULLY MANAGED SERVICE

Set up fee - 50% of 1st Month’s Rent
Monthly Management fee - 12% plus VAT
Renewal fees - Included in management fee
Checkout & final inspection - Included in management fee
Disputes relating to deposits - £120 inc. VAT
Re-let fee - 50% of Rent
Tenant references - £90 inc vat per person

FIND TENANT ONLY

Set up fee - Equivalent to one months rent
Checkout & final inspection - £120 inc. VAT
Disputes relating to deposits - which includes Deposit dilapidations, liaising with Deposit Protection Service and providing photographic and paper evidence in support of the Deposit claim. However, any work in excess of two hours will be charged at £30 per hour.
Re-let fee - £420 inc VAT
Tenant references - £90 inc VAT per person

TENANT FEES

Permitted payments

Rent

A refundable tenancy deposit - capped at no more than 5 weeks rent.
A refundable holding deposit - capped at no more than 1 weeks rent.
Payments to change the tenancy - capped at £50, or reasonable costs incurred if higher.
Early termination of the tenancy - when requested by the Tenant.
Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax.
A default fee for late payment of rent and replacement of lost key/security device, where required under a tenancy agreement.
